Public Comments on Science Building

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Council on Environmental Quality regulations for implementing NEPA (40 CFR Parts 1500 through 1508) and the Health and Human Services (HHS) General Administration Manual Part 30 Environmental Protection (February 25, 2000), Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) has determined that the Fredric W. Smith Science Building Renovation and Addition proposed by the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine will have no significant adverse impact on the quality of the human environment.  As a result of this Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), an Environmental Impact Statement will not be prepared.
