Forwarding Cell Phone Through Self Care Portal

  1. Click on the https://t-cucm-1.wvsom.edu/ucmuser/ link to get the login screen.

  2. Log in with your WVSOM account and password. Use just the username (e.g. jdoe) NOT the fulladdress (e.g. jdoe@osteo.wvsom.edu)

  3. If the PIN Reset window opens, enter a 4-12-character PIN. Entering a PIN here will not change thePIN to access voice mail.

  4. Select the Call Forwarding option in the left pane.

  5. Select check box to Forward all calls to a number in the drop-down list OR add a new number, then SAVE. MAKE SURE TO PREFIX WITH 9 FOR OUTSIDE #’S. Do not forward to a long-distance number. The Lumos Local Dial Plan Markets can be used to verify whether a number is local or long distance. The Advanced calling rules are grayed out when all calls are forwarded.
