Student Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Clinic
Osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) is a technique used to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal problems and medical illnesses.
The main purpose of this clinic is to provide supervised hands-on experience in OMT for second-year osteopathic medical students. While the osteopathic profession uses a variety of treatment modalities, the focus of this clinic is on osteopathic manipulative medicine.
For over 25 years our Student OMM clinic has served the surrounding area, bringing OMT treatment to 1000s of patients.

Student OMM Clinic Makes a Difference
Thank you so much to all of the people who worked with me. This has been very helpful!!
The 2 groups of student doctors that treated me have given me hope for the future of osteopathic medicine. The dedication, level of details and care provided are reflective of their individual qualities as well as a reflection of the quality of their instructors. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and will continue to refer my patients to it for as long as it is possible.
I enjoy interacting with the residents. They are attentive and want to help. I’ll be back next year!
I had a very positive experience and feel improvement. I have recommended OMT to a friend who has a chronic issue. The students were knowledgeable, kind, considerate and gentle with treatments. Thank you.

I really appreciate the caring approach that my student team provided. They were very helpful and professional. I felt very confident in their treatments.
It has been a gift to be a part of this clinic. My arm hasn’t felt this good or moved this well in 15 years. Thank you!!
I arrived in a lot of pain from the ice and snow fall. From day one of the treatment, I started feeling a lot better, I was very excited for the day to come to have another treatment. The students worked well together with me and continued to work on improving my shoulder, neck and back. I feel a lot better today as it is my last day. I feel almost 100%. Great job students on helping me. You will do amazing in your future.
This is a wonderful program, both to students and patients. The care, treatment and information were helpful. The opportunity for students to have hands on experience will make them great doctors.
