The White Coat ceremony will be held in the WVSOM Conference Center in the Student Center Building. For directions to the live event please use our interactive map.

The ceremony will last approximately 2.5 hours. You will want to arrive on campus early so you won't miss the procession.

Seating

Overflow seating will be available at the Roland P. Sharp Alumni Center and the ceremony can be viewed via livestream.

Reserved Seating Areas

There are reserved seating areas for the students, guests with disabilities and their family members, faculty, coaters, and guests of the president.

Parking

Parking is managed by WVSOM staff. You will be directed to park in specific lots as you arrive. Map and Directions

Handicapped Parking

Please indicate to the parking attendants if you need to park in the handicapped parking area and they will direct you to the reserved parking spaces. Please note that WVSOM does not provide wheelchairs but will have golf carts to assist guests.

Live Video Stream

The ceremony will be streamed live online with the recording available at a later date on our YouTube channel.

Photos

Students and guests are welcome to use the stage after the ceremony for photos.
