Adam Goodcoff, D.O.
Chief Medical Officer, HealthCentral | WVSOM Class of 2020
Adam Goodcoff, D.O., is an emergency medicine physician, entrepreneur and nationally recognized leader in health care education and digital innovation. He is chief medical officer of HealthCentral, a health care experience company focused on creating impactful content for patients and health care providers.
While training in emergency medicine, Goodcoff became widely known for creating accessible, evidence-based medical education on social media, reaching millions of followers across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. This work led to national recognition, including participation in the White House Healthcare Leaders in Social Media Roundtable. He later founded and served as CEO of MedFluencers, the first and largest health care provider influencer marketing agency, helping leading health organizations partner with trusted clinician creators to deliver accurate, high-impact digital campaigns.
Goodcoff earned a D.O. degree from WVSOM in 2020 and completed an emergency medicine residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In addition to clinical experience in the Johns Hopkins Health System, he has served as a visiting lecturer at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and is a medical advisor to OpenEvidence.
His work has been recognized by Medical Marketing and Media's 40 Under 40, Reuters' Next-Rising Healthcare Leaders and Becker's Top Doctors to Follow on Social Media. Goodcoff's vision is to continue evolving the way health care professionals educate each other and patients online, advancing trust, accuracy and impact in digital medicine.

Greetings
Bradley Harris
President, WVSOM Foundation
On behalf of the WVSOM Foundation, congratulations to the Class of 2026.
As you embark on a new journey, I challenge each of you to carry a piece of WVSOM with you wherever life and medicine take you. Take a lesson, a story, the memories and relationships that shaped you during your time here.
Always remember that all roads lead back home to West Virginia. A piece of your heart will remain here, just as this community will always take pride in the work you do.
As you step onto the front lines of health care, commit to leaving every patient, community and place you serve better than you found it.
Congratulations and best of luck as you begin the next chapter.
Michael Antolini, D.O.
President, West Virginia Osteopathic Medical Association
Congratulations to the WVSOM Class of 2026.
Today marks the culmination of years of discipline, sacrifice and purpose. As you step forward into the osteopathic profession, you carry with you a commitment not only to clinical excellence but to the compassionate, patient-centered care that defines us as D.O.s.
Wherever your path leads — rural communities, academic medicine or beyond — your skills, integrity and leadership will make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients and in the communities you serve. It is my sincere hope that you carry that responsibility with pride.
On behalf of the West Virginia Osteopathic Medical Association, we are deeply proud of each of you and look forward to welcoming you as colleagues and fellow advocates for osteopathic medicine.
This event is streamed live. Indoor viewing is available in the Conference Center in the WVSOM Student Center.
Receptions will take place in the Conference Center in the WVSOM Student Center and the Roland P. Sharp Alumni Conference Center after the ceremony.
