Managing your phone from the web

By entering the following web link you can administer phone options such as User Settings, Directory features, Personal Address Book, and Speed Dials via a web user interface.

Open a web browser window and type the following address:
User ID: WVSOM network username
Password: WVSOM network password
Note: if you receive a security error, click "Continue to this website".

Quick Reference

•    All extensions are 4 digits. For example, the help desk extension is 6246.

•    Todd Trent is the telephone and fax support person. He may be reached at extension 6393. If the issue is not critical, please submit a TrackIt ticket.

•    Please refer to “Lumos Local Dial Plan Markets” for local dialing.

•    An outside line requires the 9 prefix.

•    The login pin for your phone setup was initially set to your long distance pin code.  If you do not remember your pin, please contact  Todd Trent at extension 6393.

•    Please review the "Fax and Department Message Recipients" file.  It will indicate the individuals who will receive Departmental faxes and also Departmental voice mails.  All incoming faxes will be received as .pdf files to these email addresses.
