Greenbrier County residents may notice that a building on the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine’s (WVSOM) campus will have a new look next year. A $35 million expansion of the Fredric W. Smith Science Building is on track for completion in 2027.

WVSOM joins federal Advancing Nutrition Education initiative

Recognizing the value of nutrition education for medical students, the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) has joined the Advancing Nutrition Education Initiative, developed by the U.S.
