Active Faculty, Staff and Students of WVSOM are eligible to purchase an annual subscription of Office 365 Home (Up to 6 Users) or Personal (Only 1 User) at a discounted rate. This user-based subscription will allow the employee or student to install Microsoft Office on up to 5 different devices, with 1TB of cloud storage per user account. The subscription is renewed annually, and does not expire until the renewal date, even if the user leaves WVSOM prior to the subscription expiration date.

To make use of the Microsoft Home Use Program, simply follow these steps:
1. Visit Microsoft Home Use Program 2. Enter your WVSOM email address 3. Click ‘Get Started’ 4. You will receive a verification email from Microsoft to validate your account. 5. Click ‘Confirm your account’ 6. You will then be directed to the Microsoft Store to select and purchase your Office product.
WVSOM offers Microsoft Office 365 to Faculty/Staff and Students at no additional cost! This offering includes the Microsoft Office Suite for up to five of your personally owned devices, as well as Office for the iPad.

All active WVSOM Faculty, Staff, and Students are eligible to utilize this offering; retirees and alumni are excluded. This resource is only licensed by WVSOM for use by employees and students. Employees and students that wish to provide family members with Office 365 are also eligible for discounted subscriptions to Office 365 Home through the Microsoft Home Use Program.
Faculty, Staff and Students will be able to download Microsoft Office 365 on up to five devices (PC, Mac, and/or mobile devices). These applications include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access*, Publisher*, Skype for Business*, InfoPath*, and OneDrive for Business**

If you leave WVSOM, your Office 365 Products will deactivate. You may enroll in other available consumer or commercial offers.
