Family Practice Scholarship Information Application

The Family Practice Scholarship has been established from private donations made to the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Individual scholarships shall be granted from the available funds. Recipients shall be chosen by the Financial Aid Scholarship Committee. To be eligible for consideration the student must be a West Virginia resident who will be entering year two of his/her medical education at WVSOM and who plans to practice family medicine upon completion of education. The student must also be in the upper two thirds of his/her class academically.
