Welcome from the Dean

 Dear Entering Class of 2012:

Welcome to WVSOM!  I enjoyed meeting and talking with many of you during your interview process. Now, I look forward to spending time with each of you and working with you throughout all of your medical school training.

This is an exciting time.  I am eager for the fall semester to begin, and I hope you are too!  This will be a challenging, but very rewarding time in your life and I want you to make the most of every day.  We have a wonderful group of faculty and staff who are willing to assist you in any way they can, so please don’t hesitate to ask if you have questions about the school, the curriculum, orientation, financial aid, or anything else.

As you navigate through the Orientation web page please pay close attention the dates and mandatory events.  This information will be updated on a regular basis.
