|
At CAMC and WVU, Charleston Division, interns and residents work with dedicated physicians who have a full time commitment to training physicians to practice in a broad range of environments, from the highly technical to the most rural. Many of the clinical faculty are nationally recognized primary care clinicians, specialists and subspecialists. Interns and residents learn from them during office and clinical rotations. The experienced faculty, diverse settings, and the blend of clinical and academic involvement prepares physicians in training for a challenging and successful future. WVU full time faculty represent medical disciplines including behavioral medicine, family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and surgery. All other disciplines and subspecialties are represented among the clinical faculty.
